A respected security professional with extensive international experience in private and publicly traded companies, Stuart Chaffin is responsible for overseeing operations as Investigative Solutions Network (ISN) U.S.A Director of Florida Operations. Reporting to the President of ISN U.S.A., Chaffin is responsible for establishing an ISN office in Florida while developing international investigative capabilities, global corporate business development and account management.
Chaffin comes to ISN U.S.A from Luxottica, where he served as Senior Manager for Global Investigations and Enforcement leading the company’s global enforcement program and oversaw several intellectual property investigations for international and transnational corporations. With his more than 30 years of experience in the public, private and government sectors, Chaffin has a proven record in guiding sizable, cross-functional teams in corporate security, protection, supply chain logistics, critical response preparedness and investigations, among other corporate governance and compliance programs.
A former police officer and criminal investigator, Chaffin holds many certifications in cyber and social media intelligence, homeland security and advanced law enforcement, and is a certified security professional. He is the recipient of the 2015 Carnegie Hero Award, and recognized as the 1999 Maury County Police Officer of the Year, and in 1996 as the Community Oriented Police Officer of the Year. Since 2013, Chaffin has served as an active member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary and was awarded the Coast Guard Meritorious Commendation for his work supporting Hurricane Disaster Response Teams.
He is a graduate of the FBI Criminal Investigation School, earned an associate degree in Criminal Justice from Eastern Kentucky University, and will earn a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Eastern Kentucky University in late 2020.
